Prima believes in the philosophy of giving back to the society. Prima’s primary focus has been on health care along with ensuring up-lift of the differently abled persons belonging to the economically challenged and deprived sections of the society.
The CSR Committee has been formulated and recommended to the Board CSR Policy in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 indicating activities to be undertaken by the Company.
Our Initiatives
Company didn’t fall in any of the criteria’s mentioned in Section 135(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and accordingly was not required to spend the CSR contribution for the Financial Year 2022-23.
Projects Approved as CSR for the FY 2021-22.
1. Two Oxygen concentrators of 10 litres each to Rotary Club of Deonar.
2. Support given to Nana Palkar Smruti Samiti.
3. CSR contribution given to The Indian Planetary Society for education purpose.
4. CSR contribution given to Nandlal H. Valia Research & Charitable Trust for Safe drinking water.
5. CSR contribution given to Jyoti Foundation for Health & Welfare Purpose.

The Company also fulfilled its obligaon towards armed forces, child care, research programmes and medical treatment etc. by contribung to various implemenng agencies in this year.
Prima Organised Camp for Handicapped at Daman and facilitated more than 80 families by providing free limbs and accessories.
- Providing Medicals need by organizing Eye Camps with free cataract surgeries, eye glasses and other eye surgeries to eradicate blindness of economically backward society.
- Financial aid to the weaker section of society who are stricken with Cancer & Dialysis.
- Establishing man made forest for environment sustainability.
- Promoting special education and enhancing vocational skills of disabled person.
- Preventing cruelty to animals & educating people regarding ethical treatment to animal.
