Whole-time Director & Executive Chairman
Shri Bhaskar M. Parekh joined the Company's Board since incorporation and is presently holding the position of the Executive Chairman and Whole-time Director. He has experience of more than thirty five years in plastic injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion industry. He introduced numbers of innovative furniture items in attractive colours. He is incharge of production and general administration and is committed to explore new profitable business avenues and diversified activities to add shareholders value.
Shri Dilip M. Parekh
Managing Director
Shri Dilip M. Parekh joined the Company's Board since inception as a Managing Director and is looking marketing and administration of the Company. His strong management skills, marketing ability and experience in plastic industry has benefited the Company. He is the person behind putting Prima on global chart by setting up a Joint Venture Company at Cameroon (West Africa) and incorporating a Subsidiary Company at Guatemala, Central America.
Shri Rasiklal M. Doshi
Independent Director
Shri Rasiklal M. Doshi is an Independent Director on the Board since 1996. He has vast experience in manufacturing of insulation products and construction related chemicals. He has expertise in finance and business administration and is actively involved in management of business chambers and social organizations.
Shri Krishnakant V. Chitalia
Independent Director
Shri Krishnakant V. Chitalia is an Independent Director on the Board since 1996. He expanded his family business in the year 1962 into then non traditional areas like Plastics, Electrical and Dairy products. In his mission to enlarge family business, he achieved newer peak and bagged 29 export awards for his Electrical & Plastics businesses.
Smt. Hina V. Mehta
Non-Executive Director
Smt. Hina V. Mehta was appointed as Non Executive Director on the Board in 2015.She holds a Graduate Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, India. She is running her own business which is in the manufacturing of Modular Kitchen and accessories since 2003. She has experience in sales, marketing and finance. She is widely recognized for her role in shaping the retail outlet of Modular Kitchen.

Shri Shailesh S. Shah is a Practicing Chartered Accountant qualified with B.SC, FCA, of India and has a wide knowledge in the field of accounting and taxation. He is a Senior Partner in Khandelwal Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants since 1998.

Shri Snehal N. Muzoomdar is a Practicing Chartered Accountant. He is qualified B. Com, LLB, FCA, CWA and has a wide knowledge in the field of Accounting and Taxation. He is also a proprietor of M/s Snehal Muzoomdar & Associates.
Smt. Daxa J. Baxi
Independent Director
She has graduated as BA Economics from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and FCA from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales as well as ICAI India. She is currently the founder of SRI Solutions. In past she has been partner with leading & well known organizations, few of which includes Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co. She served as CFO of a global Spiritual and educational organisation based in Switzerland.

Shri Paras B. Parekh overlooks Material Handling division of Prima. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in the Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley USA & monitors the manufacturing operations & sale of the material handling division which includes huge range of verticals Plastic Pallets, Material Handling Equipment, Cold Chain Products & Products for Road safety & Food service being added to it already vast range of plastic crate and Bin.
Ms. Shriya D. Parekh
Business Development Manager
Ms. Shriya Parekh is the Business Development Manager of the Company since 2019. She holds a Bachelors degree in the BA Communications from Northeastern University. She is the pillar for bringing Prima on a digital platform. Prima’s presence at Amazon, Pepperfry and JioMart is driven by Shriya’s passions for making the products available at the single click of the customers and growing the brand awareness in today’s fast paced digital economy.
Shri Manoj O. Toshniwal
Vice President - Accounts & Finance
Shri Manoj O.Toshniwal is the Vice President, Accounts and Finance Department of Prima, He is associated with the Company since last 25 years and has been the key stone for financial management and looking after day to day affairs of the Company. He is the integral member of the Senior Management Team.

Shri Dharmesh Sachade is Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is a qualified member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has Cleared Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard (DipIFR) from ACCA London and is a qualified Company Secretary.
